Welcome to krellis.org, Tim Wilde's home on the Internet. I like to have fun, and tend to be somewhat, well, zany, to put it politely, so... all views expressed on this site are my personal views and opinions, and in no way related to my employer. Occasionally I wonder if they're even mine... I'm a big-time UNIX geek - I've been playing with FreeBSD since I was 16, and administering more serious amounts of FreeBSD systems for 5+ years. I'm something of a DNS expert, having worked closely with DNS on a day-to-day basis for 7+ years. For those keeping score, my MTA of choice is Exim, and I choose BIND for DNS. I host mail and some other services for various friends, family, and acquaintances on my server, so don't assume that just because something is hosted here that it is "mine", only that I'm providing it with resources. All opinions are strictly those of the authors of the work, and not necessarily mine! :) I currently spend most of my time doing Perl development and other work for a small Internet security research firm Random PlugsYou know you've always wanted to have a barcode generator! (Now working again thanks to another site move!) If you're in the Southern Tier of New York and have a bike laying around your house unused, or need a bike to get around with, check out my dad's latest project, the Southern Tier Bike Project. Love DNS? Want to show your pride? Check out the "DNS is glorious" store! Wondering why geeks don't have home parties like Tupperware® and Pampered Chef®? Wonder no more, now there's Geek Toy Parties! Got an old cell phone you don't know what to do with? Recycle It! It's good for the environment, it's free, and it can even be tax deductable. Are you using IPv6? Find out using my dual-stack IP check tool. (not currently alive) Copyright © 2006-2010 Tim Wilde - Page Last Modified: Saturday, 12-Dec-2009 13:25:37 UTC |
